You are welcome to browse the site, read it and share links to its pages. Please do not:

Everything on this site, including the drawings, paintings, renderings, photographs, films, texts, the signature and the design of the site itself, is the work of Carlo Schembri or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and related rights. All rights are reserved.
You may not reproduce, publish, adapt or sell any of it without written permission. Short quotations and single images shared with a clear credit (“© Carlo Schembri”) and a link back are welcome for commentary, review and press. For anything else, including editorial and exhibition use, write to carlo@carloschembri.eu.
IVPortfolio content
The archive shows design proposals, concepts and completed work. Some projects were created for or with clients and collaborators, whose names, marks and buildings belong to them. Showing a project does not imply that it was built as drawn, that a client endorses the studio, or that the design is available for use by anyone else.
VEnquiries and commissions
Writing to the studio does not create any contract or obligation on either side. Commissions are agreed separately, in writing, and those agreements prevail over anything on this site.
VIOggetti, the shop
Oggetti, at carloschembri.shop, is a separate website with its own terms of sale, delivery and returns. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
VIIIAvailability and liability
The site is provided as it is. We take care over it, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and its content is not professional advice.
To the extent Maltese law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
IXGoverning law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings there.
